The US team also featured future New England Stars forward Ryan White, who scored a hat trick in game three to lead the US Team to a 6-5 victory against Mälarö's J20 Team.
The Northern States Junior Hockey League was on full display in Stockholm with seven players competing in the summer tourney. The US Team was recruited by Kodiaks Assistant Coach Ben Fralick and Pro Ambitions Midget Major Head Coach Jeff Bunyon. Coach Bunyon played professionally in Sweden and is currently a Referee in Hockey East, the premiere Division One College Hockey League on the East Coast.
